We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the location and the staff. It is conveniently located just a few blocks away from shopping malls, the beach, and delicious restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing to dislike.

very seacious apartment, free internet use and reasonable prices in the restaurant
A few extra utensils such as a carving knife would make the kitchen more useful

Good location in Leblon. Nice view over Rio de Janeiro from our room (14th floor) and from the restaurant at the top of the building (17th floor). As the room is a flat, it is spacious and with a kitchen. Internet free as it should be in every hotel...

Good location close to shops, malls, and restaurants. near the beach, perfect for a city break getaway. The free internet is a great bonus. It was available everywhere around the property and easy to access.
Room was in bad shape, it looked like it was destroyed and dirty. The blow dryer didn't even work, making it difficult to get ready in the morning.

Location is very nice. A few blocks from Leblon Mall, shops, beaches, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, and restaurants. It has free internet all over the place.
Room 1503 was destroyed and dirty. Even the blow dryer was working. No breakfast. Rates starting from 1,300 reais during the weekend, can you believe that?

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the mall, beaches, lake, and restaurants which allowed for easy access to all the entertainment. the hotel also had free internet throughout the building which was very handy.
My experience was far from satisfactory. the room was extremely dirty and destroyed.

Big flat with nice terrace. Near beach.
Bad doorlock. Bad cleaning staff. Bad elevators. Very small pool. High price-quality ratio. Boring restaurant. Not a lot of shops or restaurants nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near Leblon Mall and other shops and restaurants. You can also easily access the beautiful beaches and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. It offers free internet throughout the premises, allowing you to stay connected. the rooms are well-equipped with facilities like blow dryers and have a pleasant view of the city.
One drawback is the absence of breakfast, which can be disappointing for those who enjoy starting their day with a meal.

Great location for restaurants, bars, shops and beach in Leblon. Quite and leafy street. Apartments were simply but well furnished.
Breakfast not included but not great in any case. Bathroom would benefit from refurb.

We had problems in agreeing with the hotel fee per night and only one person was researching the problem we had, so we finally agreed on the confirmed reservation. This is apreciated.
English speaking staff in the hotel was rare and asking for equipment of the hotel room was a challenge as not many people were speaking English and I was only connected to specific departments to ask myself and not the reception was doing it. This is not acceptable.

Location was excellent, middle of Leblon 2 streets from beach, size of apartment was surprising, very spacious. Internet connection was available and was good. All in all very good value for money bearing in mind you are in Rio
The staff spoke little if any English, this seems to be a constant problem in Rio. Decor in hotel is very dated but again this is Rio so dont expect too much. Pool was very small but beach is so close was not a big problem.

The Location is very good, just a few meters from the beach, near verz good shops and restaurants. Very clean room.
The lifts are terrible. You need to wait a lot for them, when the operators were not operating 2 of them (I don't understand why they still use operators for the lifts)

Good lacation
noisy and old air refrigeration equipament, weaky wi-fi signal and very slow elevators.
